Now accepting Preseason submissions!!
Since the preseason games are pretty meaningless with most testing new tactics and build, I will start accepting preseason rankings. During the regular season voting will take place during the 46 hours between games 4/5, 8/9, 12/13, and 16/playoffs so that we are all voting based on the same info/game results.

I think it is a good idea to do it less frequently in theory - hopefully more participation that way (since it is basically once a week now).

Is there a special subject title or format you want us to follow to make tallying/tracking votes easier?
