It was a big deal moving up from BBB (capped) to A, but now I don't see what difference it makes. It's probably easier to get people to come to a AA team than an A one.

The rule is both conference champs move up automatically. Then everything else is based on the amount of CPU teams they have above us. AA#2 has none above that AAA#1 has 3 and the pros have 2. I am sure a couple more teams will go CPU at the end of the season.
Promotions then are based on how far the went in the playoffs. ie conference championship losing teams then down to the second round teams. When there is a tie between 2 or more teams for one spot to be promoted it goes to regular season record. If that is tied it then goes to points scored on the season.
My prediction is 5 teams get moved up in no certain order:
1. NuvaNut
2. Twin Peaks
3. Northern
4. Whistler
5. the Eastern conference championship loser (Seville or Rancho probably)
If more move up this is the order it would fall
1. Hogwarts/Pitbulls winner
2. Seville/Rancho loser
3. Montreal/BBB winner
I doubt anything after that.
