also i thought that completions had as much to do with the WR as the QB? dropped passes was a reflection of the WRs fault but incomplete was possibly the QBs?

PD=Passes deflected, those knocked away by the coverage
Completion percentage is the percentage of passes you catch of those thrown at you, so for every 100 passes thrown at you you caught 62, which is a decent amount, but could be improved a lot. A regular WR on a good season gets close to about 65%, and the sign of an excellent deep/medium passing team is WR's at about 67%+. If you were possession WRs, as Phinz points out, you want at least to be pushing 73% completion and probably closer to 77%. Unfortunately Phinz seems to have taken issue despite the wink and the fact I jokingly criticise the classic WRs with high PDs every season.

Yes incompletions are the QBs fault, drops are primarily a WRs fault, and the PDs tend to be a mix of the two but trend towards being down to the WR being unable to catch the ball in coverage.
