The east's 3-8 would have a rough time making athe playoffs in the west.
I doubt that.
East 3-8 against the West:
8. Ottawa Wolves Lost to 11. Las Vegas Beast 27-42 (0-3)
7. Cross City Renegades Lost to 1. Mont-Joli Mooseknuckles 33-45 (2-1)
6. CENTRALIA GIL T DOGGS Won 16. new orleans ghost riders 45-17 (3-0)
5. Bloodwesier Bugle All Stars lost .6 Greenland Smokers 38-41 (2-1)
4. Damage Inc. won 14. Calgary Thunder 77-20 (3-0)
3. British Columbia Lumber Company won 10 Edmonton Slashers 44-19 (2-1)
3-3 (12-6)
Now the 3-8 are 3-3 but in the 3 games where they played teams with winning records, they were 1-2. Where they played the bottom of the West, they are 2-1. Now I'll do the West 3-8 and see what they did against the East. The second number includes the scrimmages before the season started.
3 Yellowknife Raging Eskimos 10. St. Clair Hounds 28-27 W (2-1)
4 St. John Saints 14. Millenium Falcons 126 - 0 W (2-1)
5 Ottawa Riders 9. Red River Wolverines 54 - 9 W (3-0)
6 Greenland Smokers 5. Bloodwesier Bugle All Stars 41-38 W (1-2)
7 Unconventional Warfare 12. Quebec Boreal 42 - 16 W (2-1)
8 Northside Juggernauts 11. Saguenay Falcons 43-7 W (2-1)
Wow 6-0 (12-6)
Lets face it, after the top 4 teams in the East, it's not that good. They have half the the conference with only 6 or less wins, and if you take out the 8 games the top teams in this conference play against them, it's a horror show, for half of the playoff teams..
Now I will say that 1-4 are pretty good teams, but after that, the 5-8 wouldn't make the playoffs in the West, if they had to play most of the teams in the West. OK they might have a shot, but it would be real tough for them.
