Hot damn that's a lot of Cossacks up there. I like it! If any one of our WRs were alone on a team they would put up better numbers. Same for our RBs. Damn our multitude of weapons...weaponry...

So how does the Pro-Bowl picks work? Is there someone wanting to take charge? Here is my thoughts on how it would be a good way to work.

All Owners nominate players on their team via PM to someone gathering nominations. And then a list of all nominated players would be PM'd to participating owners. I would suggest that Owners pick a first and Second team. IF a player gets a first team vote it is worth 2 points and a second team vote 1 point. After all the total points were added a first team and second team would be formed.

I think it would be easier for a teams owners to nominate players so we arent looking at every player in the league stats games ect... but rather a limited few. Per position. A limit should be placed on a number of nominations a team could give to keep an owner from nominating all his players. I would say a limit of 3 nominated players for each group of positions. DB's LB's DL OL Recievers and Backs. and 3 Special teams players.

I would be willing to gather nominations for the Alpha Conference if someone would do Zeta. IF there is interest from owners on this let me know and I will get a nomination form together and then set a deadline for nominations, and then a deadline for voting.

I would need someone to help me with Zeta.



BTW if there is an established easier way to do this I am all for it. I just have never seen it done in a good format yet.

The Bolts have some great players.

QB Pete Elliot is coming off a Record year outperforming the top quarterbacks in the league in their matchup games.

HB Damien McCaul has the highest Avg. (12.8 per carry) among the entire League against players with more than 100 carries.

WR Damien666 is another one. He can not only catch and produce but how many timed you seen a receiver get 80+ pancakes for a season.

CB Skid Marks had 5 Interceptions this season and returned 4 of them for TD's. He also ranks first in Interception return yardage.

I think doing nominations would be the easiest and have agents vote (without bias)

There are also a few positions where the choice is obvious because a player is head and shoulders above the rest of the league...for example Izmir's WR Montano.

So how about this...if anyone feels someone deserves to be considered (like the QB Kerrigan in alpha) Put their names out there and lets put it to vote.

I will post a nomination form with rules to be filled out by a representative of each team. Doesnt have to be the owner. However there needs to be only one per team. That form will be copied and pasted and PM'd to myself with the nominated players. I will gather all nominated players and put into one sheet and send that back out to the Representative. Only reps that vote get their nominated players on the team. NO VOTE no players from your team on the list. Does this sound like a format someone is interested in? If so I will get this done later tonight and set deadlines for nominations and voting. Hopefully the Pro Bowl list can be done by Day 40 easily.

also 'd the legend' at ss who is 3rd highest in tackles (60 more than scid), 4 interceptions and 3 returned for td's
