John Robert is by far the best offensive player in Africa AA #4

I guess I just assumed after you guys were bragging about him in the "Best HB in Elephant" thread. In no way do I consider him the best in the conference, he has had a good season though. Really was just messing around since I figured that's what you meant by it.

He didn't play in the game against Rhodesian though. Unlike every other back who padded their stats then. He could easily have had 10+ rushing TD's in that game and 500 yards I imagine.

If you look at total yards and total touchdowns he is at the top of the league when combining his receptions with his rushing.

It is hard to judge on these things anyway because the overall team has a lot to do with the numbers, especially the offensive line and if the team has a strong passing game as well.

Like I said, there is no question he's one of the elite backs in the league. I was just giving him a hard time because I figured he was bragging about his own player, but if that wasn't the case then sorry.

It isn't all about the HB's

I guess John Robert has a case for his impressive Recieving Yds, but one would have to wonder if wahawk is taking advantage of "Team" AI and concentrating of getting his player J Roberts as many stats as he can. He has about 20 more recieves then their top WR which is interesting.

Anyway, I personally have been impressed by Pierre Thomas the most...he was a good HB last season, but season season he has really taken another step and most importantly is a key reason why Hyenas are where they are ATM...on top of the table.

How do you split the 2...it is very close

Moving on...I nominate Danny Dingo for a CB spot. He is 2nd for PD's (56), and plays a shutdown role very nicely...Just like last season. And then there is Grim Eisenkiefer From Savanna...he is first for PD's (76)

The only main difference between these 2 are the tackle counts, with Danny Dingo lower (43) then Grim Eisenkiefer (89)...which may suggest that Danny Dingo has his man covered more often, or that Grim Eisenkiefer just covers alot of loose running backs (which playing for a lower end team is very plausible).

For WR I think these two are probably the two best. Although I was more impressed with Julius Flash when we played him of the these two.

Julius Flash 20 TD
Simfast Bedi 28 TD

I'll give a 2nd to Julius Flash. That kid is good. Most impressive WR I've seen this season.

I'll submit a vote once the season is over...........or should we set a deadline of before the last game? Make it kind of interesting. You know...like real life. The gripes about the Heisman after the National Championship game......stuff like that. Make's it fun.

Thanks ^^ .. i know its beat voting/nominating for players on your own team but id like to suggest Ernie McCrackin the QB on the Rollers.

Julius is having a nice year no doubt, but Julius is only as good as his QB so I'd like to throw him out there at least for a backup position.

Some interesting picks WaHawk... Unlucky players to miss out from the Wild:
*King Julien XIII (MLB)...90 Tackles...16 Sacks
*Danny Dingo (CB)... 59 PD, 9 Sack's, 1 Int, Whilst only having to make 48 tackles since he always has his man covered.

But I am sure heaps of teams could put up arguments for a few of their players.

Thanks for The other Wild player votes...you picked some of our top preformers there

I will get mind done in the coming days

Danny Dingo was the last cut at CB. He finished 4th on my list. Looked at King Julien as well and he is a true MLB, whereas Akira Minamoto is an OLB, but I thought the 3 guys I voted for were the best 3 'all around' LB. And ultimately, I think that's what most teams want.

Looks like a solid list.

Of course there are a few things I would argue but I don't want anyone to take it personal so I'll just keep it to myself. I'll have mine up soon as well.
