@Primis: Sounds like you need some new coordinators. You guys should be game planning for every game except the gimmies. Offense and Defense should be taking scouting reports, or doing the scouting themselves, and tuning their side of the ball. If they are too busy to do that then perhaps some others in the organization would be willing to step up?

I actually think you are right Dimmy, and I'm sure that sucks to be right.

I think it's one of those deals where we have our primary team, and then 3 lower-level teams. Our main team still gets plenty of attention, and the other 2 lower-level teams came together better and are winning more right now and going to make playoff noise. Right now this team is getting a bit lost in the mix, I'm afraid. I'm not a GM for the Demos and don't know that I have the time, since I at some point became the Director of Scouting and Recruiting for the Demons as it is and that's been time-consuming.

Instead of the squeaky wheel getting the oil, the ones that aren't noisy are getting the oil right now as precautionary measures (and wouldn't you know it I don't personally have any players on those other two teams, blah).

I guess this is the downside of having a team and org comprised basically entirely of agents that are actual adults -- we don't have that one guy or two guys that can just hang out on GLB all day long scouting, gameplanning, and recruiting. Ah well, we'll figure something out anyways...

I'm an actual adult, but I have a good enough day job 8-5 Monday-Friday where I get some downtime to gameplan..I get more time at work than I do at home...LMFAO...

So, wow. Good job Vikes. I really felt they had a shot as the Cardinals really haven't been too challenged yet this season but its still an upset in my book.
