I'm not trying to stick it to anyone, but recruiting good build 30+ lvl players are a little hard for an A team. Those guys just don't want to play here. Takes alot of energy to recruit those guys. Just from my experience. I could be the exception, but IMO it's the norm.

They shouldn't want to play here. I could have brought my three level 44+ guys in, but instead decided to play in the Pros where good build 40+ players belong. Speaking of which, hoping to get my first Pro League Superbowl trophy tomorrow. Man, it would look nice next to an owner Superbowl trophy.

It is tough. I brought in one guy with 3 30+ players this season(QB, WR & DT). Helped tremendously, and he agreed mid-season to sign on for another season. The other guys I have on my team that are over 30 belonged to an agent who already had 6 players on the team, and the team they were on folded mid-season. We will definitely be roaring to go next season.
