No offense taken! I know the Drift is doing great this season (8-2-0!) and definitely a top 5 team. It should be a good game. As I said earlier and was jumped on a bit for, I am looking forward to this match-up. I think it has potential to be a good, hard-fought game.

Cincinnati Cardinals vs. Rancho Penasquitos Thunderbolts: The Cards had to pull a comeback in this game. Color me surprised. Rancho, my hat is off to you guys, a shame you got burned on those passes or this coulda been the upset of the season.

Manitoba Maulers vs. North Bay Drift: Drift...I love you guys. You dominated the playclock and made the Maulers work for the ball back.

Vancouver Vikings vs Laval Crusaders: Its fun playing with the AI.
Prediction: Vikings by 108.
Result: Vikes by 92.

Edmonton Thunderchiefs vs Moose Jaw Roughriders: Moose Jaw looked great for the first 8 seconds of this game. That was it though. From then on out the Thunderchiefs dominated and the Roughriders didn't taste the endzone after that.
Prediction: Thunderchiefs by 31.
Result: Thunderchiefs by 27

Arroz Con Pollo vs Saskatchewan Thrashers: Holy shit guys...you know that there are players on that team with pride and feelings? They aren't just dead lifeless CPU bodies for you to do with as you please. Apologize to their anuses. Now.

Victoria Fish vs Alberta Irukandji: Alberta still has some higher level people on their team, which is what I blame for the fish not making the century mark.
Prediction: Fish by 107.

Canada Dragons vs Manitoba Lions: With a large showing of last minute bravado the Lions claimed they'd win this game. Sadly, it was only in the last minutes that it appears they attempted to do so .
Prediction: Dragons by 17.
Result: Dragons by 10.

Fhockey.com Demos vs Fort McMurray Mounted Police: I was wrong. While this game had about as much to recommend itself as a Rams vs Lions Super Sucking Bowl...it was a great game to watch. Whether it was the 4th quarter interception by F-Hockey to take the lead, the FG to tie it back up by FMMP, or the OT balls out pass it into the endzone from the 4 call by FMMP to win the game. This one was worth watching, guys. Like two midget chicks wrestling in bbq sauce. It doesn't sound good...but give it a try.
Prediction: Can both teams lose? If not, FMMP by 3.
Result: FMMP by 7.

Can't learn from your mistakes if you don't make any, so let's just say it was a controlled learning experience for our team. Nevertheless, we didn't expect it to be that close, so props goes out to Rancho, you guys have a better team than your record presents. I will say though that the Chickens won't have it quite so easy, but it will be a great game for sure.

I hear you... I'm so far behind OTHER people's managers are talking about hiring more people in my area. And instead of spending my evening with my work laptop I scouted the Drift. Scouted out 2 games for today and both lost within 4 points or less. Just hasn't been my day...
