basically....Bort needs to do an overhaul of the entire character system. I would rather him leave the games and AI alone and fix the flaws in the building system first. It has gotten to where I don't know if I want to boost anymore.

Or what to boost to really help. One answer might be to just give all the players an equal amount of experience points for each game.

I've added 5 players.
That's why we didn't think we'd be competitive in our first season.
I guess our builds and tactics are a little better than we thought.
We still have work to do though.

I refuse to sell out my roster in order to stay competitive though.
I warned our guys that the price for being promoted is 1 rough year.
I promised them we'd stay together regardless. I love my group of agents, and I'm not going to risk losing them to be competitive right away.

Ive had mostly the same guys since Ive had my team. and many of them were here when I joined the team. what really hurt me was the old owner and dc going inactive. that was 7 players alone. All of them starters. Ive brought in 2-3 good agents who have multiple players and along with some of the old guys they are now the core of the team. Other than a CB, DT, SS and Center Im set for next season. Ive already sighned all but 2 guys through season 8.
