Yeah, would of liked to see him stick it out, great agent. The game takes quite a bit out of an owner, it seems to be all about having great OC/DC/GMs to help take the pressure off.

It jsut became to much for me Scouting DCing reciting trying to keep the money in order. It was best that we start fresh 2 seasons and we will be a force again

It's hard to find guys who are "the real deal" as far as knowing what they are doing as GM's out there, (especially for the defensive AI stuff).

Yeah, I can't tell you how many "unreferred" guys we've talked to who (and some who came on board) who were nothing but garbage/trouble. The problem is that most of the competent guys you know already are maxxed out on their GM plate. And recruiting? Fuhgeddaboudit.

I think recruiting is what really kills teams..its hard to compete at the lvls required now and recruit heavily with the depeleted market of good players.
