Most people play Nickle, and blitz the MLB, so a speed back will get to the second level constantly.

If they dont, the slot receiver and TE will pick them apart.

Oh...yeah I have a singleback only offense for my team as well. I havent used it this season yet, but my regular playbook runs single back plays more than half of the time.
