Well think of Agility as Speed then if you want to find out what consider good Agility.
60+ is usually low speed so it the same for Agility.

Not really. the only reason why you need 90 speed is because 70-80 is average. when you take agility and the cap is the average 48.07, then agility becomes very high at 60. and even better at 70 or 80. 70 or 80 agility is like 90-100 speed, because of the law of averages.

I guess so. But still Agility is like Speed in my eyes. 60-65 is quite low, you need it up in the 80's and stuff to be really good.

The formula for determining ideal agility is quite simple.
A - Ideal Agility
O- Opponent's agility
Magic Formula:
A= O+10
A - Ideal Agility
O- Opponent's agility

Maybe he is talking about the CB...being able to react and still keep up near him (this is assuming his speed us up to par..but his question is about agi.
