Its good that you defend your team and players, but get down off the pedestal champ, you talk just as much smack as any other normal poster in here. You may be trying to make a point and calling out lesser teams may be bush league, yet you still did it. Welcome to the crowd!

The champions don't really need to step down from their pedestal - the onus is on us to knock them off of it

Wrong buddy, I haven't guaranteed anything and if anything I've left open the door of doubt that they could win. All I've done is let him get what he is giving. I would never do this to a team that was showing intelligence and integrity in the forum.

I honestly disagree with that comment and if you do a forum search with my name you'll see that I've been very quiet this season. I'll be the first to admit that I do have my "Chicken, McFly" moments and this might be one of them but I have tried to tone it down as well as reserve these threads for teams like NWO who need to learn a lesson.

At least we can agree that its wrong to lie about going to Iraq.

What? I'd say that for any owner in the position winning teams are. The more you attack someone, the harder they hit back on the field. Look at the Giants for an example for that. I have no reason to boost any team but my own.

Grow some balls NWO and make a real guarantee instead of dancing around talking trash to us. Your team is second rate and so are your posts in this forum.

If you had a brain you'd realize that less said is best when your fielding a team made up of half your own players. I have 0 of my own players on any of my three teams. All your doing is highlighting your weakness as well as setting yourself up for a huge let down.

I agree and I felt that this was needed after their tough guy attitude with Moscow. I'm trying to avoid the drama these days but I put myself in Moscow's shoes and pretended that he said that about the Border Jumpers who are one of my other teams thats 2-3 right now. The last thing that players on a losing team need is to go into their league forum and see NWO acting like they're important. All they did was state the obvious, demoralized Moscow's players and pissed me off not as the owner of the Vacationers but as an owner in general.

This thread was meant for NWO to wake up and realize they are far from the class of this league. They have no room to make public guarantees and I don't either after our last game. They kicked Moscow while they were down. I've never spoken to any member or owner of any of the 12 teams from Moscow in the league but I did take offense to NWO's thread. As I said it was bush league and not needed. The last thing a team that is rebuilding needs is their team being called out when they're up agains't the ropes before the bell rings anyway.

They were 2-2. We were 1-3. They had just as good a squad as we did, if not better. Also, BigCali didn't mean it as a diss to Moscow. More of a boost to our team morale and to HAVE SOME FUN! Maybe it was uncalled for, but it sure has made things interesting hasn't it? It's given us a reason to bitch at each other and it's fun. I think you're taking this game a little to seriously, sprovo.
