A league vs league tourney should be the best vs the best and the middle vs the middle and the weaker vs the weaker. Generally, OPL generates around 16+ teams for these tourneys, so we expect 16 teams back .

Glad to see USA Pro finally take the challenge though.

Im not sure I follow the above statement. I want to know if they will man up WHEN we have more teams wanting to join the challenge than the 9 yall have put up? I would hate for any OPL team to get left out of the challenge because those "other teams" are skeptical... Somehow I get the feeling that USAPro only trusts those nine teams (cream of the crop) to represent them and would prefer not to have the rest of the league exposed.

Actually these are the first Nine to accept so far. List will be updated after Christmas.

I'm sure you'll get a good response from the owners here after everything settles and the holidays pass.

Good to see USAPL opening up a bit.

go tell them that obviously some of them aren't as confident as you. and although i think we'll lose, i don't get why they can't get 16 teams like we can. it's only ONE game... ONE!

btw, i'm curious as to what other leagues are better than OPL (not saying you're wrong, just want to know).

I didn't say a thing about who was the best and who wasn't. I simply said what everyone else is thinking until USA Pro grows a set and proves otherwise.

The Nites are most definitely in for this and I want a crack at either FBG, MEM, or HHW. We beat the Shockers a few seasons ago, so I would prefer to play someone new this time.
