Jacob here from one of the Gangsters foes, Ludlow Lions. While that team runs and runs some more. This team passes and passes even more. He run just enough to keep folks honest. Here is what we did last season in AA #3 but did win a promotion. Our offense is focus on 3WR set and shotgun formations. Money is not an issue. You will step in as WR2 starter. Energy settings are set such that I (as OC) get the most of my players. You will set career highs.

Allright man, I have read through some of the other posts and realize that this is teh team for you! Love the build to start with!

1. You will start for us, with your WR we will not need to rely on a heavy rotation so that's not an issue. We can keep you off special teams and keep you fresh.
2. We run the ball, but we also pass alot. With your guy we have a weapon to pass a lot more.
3. We have the best O-line in our conference with a pocket passer able to get your dude the ball all the time!
4. We have no problems making you a preferred target.
5. Our GM is one of the best in the game
6. We pay for ALL equipment and training upgrades.
7. OUr forums are extremely active, we promote game planning, discussions and we even have a dude that posts victory songs he sings on you tube. His Monday night football parody is out of this world!

I have a team full of knowledgable and active guys, most of whom have been around since season two. I run the offense and have been Gming since season two and know the ropes about as well as anyone. We are a pass oriented team that threw for over 6,000 yards and 80+ TDs just this past season. Lost my #1 guy because he took his player to a team he just bought so you'll be my go to guy for next season if you come on board. I have a ton of money in my equipment fund right now so finding money for equipment upgrades will not be a problem for you.

Our team lost our #1 WR this season and our 2 back-ups will be level 31 at the start of the season. You would be a #1 WR from day 1. Our team has been a run-first team for 3 seasons but we have a solid QB and we are looking to stretch the field more this season. I recently hired a new offensive Coordinator specifically to get our offense a bit more diversified and put a passing package in.

We pay for all upgrades, that's not an issue at all. We have over $6 million in the bank right now after spending over $7 million on stadium upgrades for next season.

Our GM staff is incredible. One GM just led a 20-0 perfect season team, 1 GM is an offensive guru, and a large number of our agents either own or GM at other teams. Our forums are very active and I have never been inactive once since starting GLB back in Season 2. All of last season I think we had 3 agents (4 players) go inactive at all (not including the off-season when some people take a break).

We'd love to have you over here in Norfolk Island next season, and we eagerly await hearing back from you.

We are mostly pass heavy offense sometimes 50/50 split. My QB had a passer rating of 127, he threw for 6,344 yards, threw 88 TDs, and had 13 INTs. We got rid of our #1 who had 95 rec, 1593 yards and 33 TDs. Our #2 WR had 81 receptions, 1788.5 yards and 27 TDs. We want to find a new #1 (you) and #2 and put our current #2 in the WR #3 slot.

Further to what The Dudeness said, I'm a very knowledgable owner, especially in terms of build, I'm not quite so knowledgable about how the sim works, but I'm not a total dumb-dumb.

My only concern is that your agility is relatively low and I'm not sure you'll be able to get open as often as DeShaun did, you should be able to toast them better though. I'm looking for 1 burner (to stretch the field and be the deep threat) and 1 balanced receiver (to get more receptions, less yards, less TDs and keep the chains moving), so you fit the bill pretty well as the burner.

We have a great fun team and a lot of decent guys, people just keep wanting to bring more guys onto the team.

Good luck regardless of where you go, I don't envy you having to look through all these teams.
