It has been a tough 72 hours for me, i know i have been a jerk to some and bragged about my team but you guys got to feel sorry, i have lost 2 gms and i am about to make a great team average again. I am sorry to those who i annoyed but it is the start of a bad rgime
Ok man,
First, no one will feel sorry for you, but people will help you. I want you to salvage your team. These are the things that fucked you, that you need to fix, and never, ever do again.
Stop renaming your team, it probably makes the guys on your squad not take you or the team seriously. I know i wouldn't. Change your name back to what it was and leave it alone. Establish continuity.
Stop downplaying others. Talking smack doesn't get you in trouble. It's football, there is nothing wrong with talking smack. Your problem is, you attack people/teams accomplishments with out any insight in order to make you look better. People put in a lot of effort into builds/teams, so don't discount there efforts. that's what pisses people off. You say stuff with no merrit, don't do it anymore. your opinions aren't the problem, everyone has them. It's the way you justify them.
Hire your OC/DC and let them do there job. Get a fresh one, even if they initially have no idea what there doing. they might struggle, but they will eventually figure it out it out. Coordinators aren't made overnight.
You're heart is there, just be smart
I might add....talking smack when you can't back it up DOES get you into trouble. Talking smack puts a target on your back and if you can't handle the added pressure the other teams are going to bring when they are gunning for you the results could be very bad for your team. After coming on here and pimping your team and running other down, im sure a lot of your future opponents set their game plans a little different and not just to beat you but to embarrass you. Some times flying under the radar is the best way to go.
Agreed,
Its one thing to talk smack, its a whole other thing to talk it and be one of the worst teams there...
No kidding. I hate it when bad team run smack!!!
