That means all 4 conference champions between Africa AAA1 and Africa AAA2 will get their promotion leaving two spots for the next teams inline based on this set of tiebreaker rules.

2. Number of playoff games participated in (this covers the first round losers over the non playoff teams)
3. Regular season wins

Not true. Ivory coast Wildcats moved from Lion AA to Elephant AAA last year
