Buer, never said they couldn't be trusted by Dresden. It's also obvious that you guys used the exact same gameplan, offensively AND defensively, that Malta used against us to win. And, also, as I've said before, our gameplan was thwarted by the lack of space error that Bort fixed in week 3 (which just turns out to be the start of a long winning streak). Anyway, there's no doubt information was shared between teams via the GMs. There's also no doubt Malta lost so convincingly due to the GMs. So, again, I have no doubt there is complete loyalty to Dresden.

Fortunately, for me, either Dresden won't be here next season, and the problem will be solved, or Dublin won't be here next season, and then I won't care So it works out well for me

Shut the fuck up! Guppy, one of the apparent "Malta" GMs, doesn't even have access to OC or DC privileges, he's just a recruiter. Hell of a lot that would do us if he plans to sabotage anything. Val didn't even start participating in GM duties other than finances (no offense) until the second half of the season, AFTER we played both you and Malta. Shit, we were using basic offensive settings up till after your game, which is why Val stepped in to help out. I have no doubt you have no idea what the hell you're talking about, so shut the fuck up and stay in your goddamn team forums.

There is a fine line with smack talk and trying to "inject some life into an otherwise flatlining league forum" and making accusations (whether direct or indirect) at wrong doing. That is THE ONLY thing I took offense too. You can talk all the smack you ever want and I can take it and give it back. What crosses the line is when you question someones intentions or integrity. In fact the funniest part of this is if I WAS going to do anything I am being accused of it would have been in Malta's favor not Dresdens (no offense Buer I have know Micky much longer and he plays on my team).

Cherrie you constantly respond to Buer or others but lately have rarely responded to any of my posts? I do believe I have been mostly mature and well thought out. First, I have never done anything wrong. Second, being a GM for multiple teams is well within the rules of GLB. Third, IF I had joined as GM after season started or after conferences were selected for a team (without already being involved with both teams well in advance during the recruitment and management decision phases) then I would agree with you.

You mention either in this thread or another one that you could have had players, etc join you from other teams in this conference and turned them down because you like to play fair (paraphrasing). I respect that but I also like to play fair and have played fair yet you continue to challenge my character, integrity, values, and ethics. I know this is a game, but as a Psychologist and Board member of the National Association of Social Workers, who also works on the Ethics Committee among many other things I do every day with clients and the community I take offense. If you were not trying to attack my character, integrity, values, ethics, or any other part of me as a person when I make choices to be a GM and help a team and were merely just enjoying this game, then I personally apologize to you for my initial reactions.

However, all that being said it appeared to me that you have challenged and continue to challenge my intentions, claiming that I did one of many possible things that were shady. I am here to tell you once more I never have done anything immoral or shady to help or hurt any team I am affiliated with or have played against on GLB.

I personally think it is unfortunate these two teams were in same conference or league. I personally wanted both teams to win it all and advance. I personally requested to have myself removed from the Malta forum for that last game. Maybe you can use your energy being against having a GM on two teams in same conference or division in a more constructive manner. Try sending a support request or suggestion thread in main forum regarding a process to alleviate this issue. Find an alternative for when people in season 5 get together and start a private forum and form a team (two different teams) and then when Season 6 teams are handed out (randomly I may add) and you end up in same conference what am I to do say to one of these teams I have promised to help "Hey sorry you guys are on your own" and leave them high and dry? So when you know you have same GMs in team selection process you should be able to select # of league like 1, 2, 3, etc so as to help resolve the GM issue.

All of the above are much more adult ways of handling things instead of throwing around accusations that can be interpreted as an attack against another person.

valakar, why would I respond to anything you have to say. You cannot morally or ethically validate the fact that you are GM for two competing teams. There is no realistic circumstances that can, will, or do validate that. That's all I have to say, or will say, on the subject... besides my usual "I don't like it."

I will still be here either way. Remember I am also a GM for Malta (the team that you claim threw the game). Unless both Malta and Dresden get promoted I will still be here. If both Dresden and Dublin get promoted I will be there with you as well. Either way you will be with me next season. The only scenario that prevents that is not possible which is both Malta and Dresden get promoted. So what do you hope happens?

I am GM on 30 teams (look at my profile). I am known as one of the best GMs for stadium construction and ticket prices. I know down the support number what to sell tickets at. I am involved in many networks on this game with many great agents and owners and because I have dedicated my life to help others and advocate for others it translates on this game. I spread myself too thin because I want to HELP others in life and on this game. So when somebody says, "Hey Valakar can you do finance for my team when I get it?" I say sure I can and that is what happened here. I was asked in advance to help these teams (prior to decision of where the league would be) and then they end up in same conference.

Part of me thinks you fail to respond because you know part of you is wrong (the part that attacked me) and it is difficult for you to respond because your only argument is you do not like it which is perfectly fine and I support you having that point of view. It is suprising that you have nothing more to say to me, no apology for attacking my values, ethics, morals, etc. No response to how you can be involved with a team prior to the creation of that team so there was no collaboration or conspiracy. You like to interact with Buer (again no offense Buer) because you are able to get him emotional and you feed off of it. When it comes down to rational discussion you are unable or unwilling to participate because it would show the flaws you have in the motives of your posts.

Man, I've sat back and read all this stuff going on and looked at it from both sides. Now i understand that I'm a member of the Dresden team, but I've really tried being unbiased. I'd like to make a few points....

1)I understand where Cherrie could see a conflict of interest being POSSIBLE. now i made possible big, cuz it's possible but didn't necesarrily happen.

2)when I joined the warlords i was going through our roster and I saw both Valakar and Guppy as GM's on another team, and I PM'd Buer about it, because I also saw how there could be a POSSIBLE conflict of interest. But I also understood that there are many roles of GM's...not just the normal OC/DC roles.

3.Where exactly is the PROOF that val or guppy has done anything wrong. In a court of law, Cherrie would be the prosecution, and it's up to the prosecution to have the "burden of proof" There is all sorts of speculation going on right now but no proof of anything.

4.There has been multiple owners/GM's from both teams that have explained no wrong doing on val or guppy's part. yet cherrie keeps pushing.

5. Like Valakar has stated, there is a point of providing life in a dead forum, and accusing somebody of cheating. I truly believe that cherrie owes valakar and guppy and apology.

That's my two cents. I know that cherrie is going to come and say. "thanks for finally showing up in the forums" but I've always been around, just a quiet person. thanks
