as soon as we know exactly what teams will be in AA3 next season i'll get this going.

1 vote per team
each team will designate a rep to vote
i'll start a reminder thread to bump each week and post which teams ive gotten votes from
each voter will need to submit a top 15, and i'll post a top 10

OP is updated with a list of teams, voting reps and guidelines. remember, THIS IS A ONE VOTE PER TEAM POLL. for the reps, i used the first person to post, if you'd like someone different to be your teams rep, let me know here. obviously priority will be given to the owner and his preferences.
right now we only have 14 teams represented. from my OPro experience, we will need at least 20 teams to be interested, because not all will vote each week for various reasons. im hoping to consistently get 15 votes each week Elephant is lagging far behind Lion in participation, so come on you damn EC slackers. you're making us look bad.
