Not that I would ever defend something CA does knowing that he most likely going to banned for it, but that hole free speech thing is a bitch. Didn't we go through this a few weeks ago?? I don't care if kids are reading what is posted there, honestly, I don't feel it is my responsibility to protect them, parents should do that. There is a thing called filters and parental controls. That is also the only thing I ever disagreed with on by Eric. There has to be a way to coexist and we have to find it. I just get back from Cozumel and this crap again. Bull shit.

There's no free speech on a web-board, you are forced to abide by the rules of the owner of the site, whatever they may be. It's really simple and I don't understand what the big deal is.
It my understanding that Mods are assigned forums to "patrol" periodically, looks more to me like a mod was on the beat, saw the crime and started whipping folks with his night stick.
Either take it like a man and do your time or take your gay porn to your private forum where folks are into that kind of stuff.

Snaza, you won't get banned for this post, but don't do it again. There's rules in place and the cop comparison was pretty apt. We check into random forums here and there, we're also sometimes pointed towards specific threads/forums to check out. If you're caught breaking the rules, there's penalties. If you're not caught, it doesn't mean there's not a rule against it (just like I don't think it's legal to drive 80 MPH, but I was running late for work so I did that this morning. If I got caught, I was going to get in trouble. I didn't, but that doesn't make what I did legal).
And unless other Mods did things (or your team is owned primarily by a couple of Agents), it was not half your team getting suspended.
