I think that is the only way to get everyone to vote without someone having more leverage than someone else.

East teams vote only East and West only West or do we want cross conference voting?

I would say only own conference because I honestly would have no clue for the west.

Okay, so here is what I'm going to do.

- Ballots will be distributed to team owners.
- We will use weighed vote totals (#1 +3, #2 +2, #2 +1)
- You MUST vote for three, or your ballot will be rejected.
- We will count all 16 games. In some cases, I may remove interconference game stats.
- You may only vote for players in your conference.

- Team owner, when PMing me their vote, must state in that PM "I permit DrkSandman to post this PM on the USA A #2 Forum to prove that this is my team's vote." If this is not included in the PM, your vote will not be counted.

BTW, I realize we could just have owners post their ballot here, but I think it would be a lot more fun to have the winners be announced.

Why?

Because you have to be loyal to your guys, I personally will be biased, I see my guys play every game. I would rather not have to answer to one of my guys if they ask why they werent voted to the pro bowl.

Yea, if we're going to allow teams to vote for their own players, we need to nominate candidates where you can't nominate your own player and take the top 4-5. A 16 way tie will be tough to break.

Being biased is your choice.

There are several people here who may choose not to vote for Caps players, just because. Therefore, a deserving Cap could lose by one vote, based on biased choices.

I don't know. I think the weighed voting takes care of any biased voting. Am I wrong in that thinking?

Just for the record, I did not ask for any suspensions. I asked for my retraction thread to be locked, since it became obvious that we all can't just grow up and stop bickering with the Caps. It turned into a huge flame war, which was totally counterproductive to the direction I think we should all go.

So, I have no clue who got suspended. Hopefully it doesn't disrupt our Pro-Bowl stuff.

NO - This is NOT me pointing the finger at anyone. I don't care what anyone has said or done in the past, so let's not bring up old stuff. Let's all just move on and start with a clean slate. Is that possible?
