Looks like things are not cleared up a whole lot for the last week of the season
1. Dublin, 13-2. Have tiebreaker against Dresden. Last game against Amsterdam. If Amsterdam beats Dublin, Dublin could literally be the 4th seed, as Malta has a tiebreaker against them and Amsterdam would also. A win clinches the top spot for Dublin.
2. Dresden, 13-2. They have Las Vegas their last game, which basically clinches at least a #2 seed. They need Dublin to lose their finale to win the conference.
3. Amsterdam, 12-3. Dublin is the game of the year for them. Win, and get the #2 seed. Lose, and fall to #4, unless Malta loses to Camelot (who is looking VERY much improved, albeit too late).
4. Malta, 12-3. Guaranteed the #3 seed with a win over Camelot, as they will jump ahead of the loser of the Dublin/Amsterdam game. Since they have the tiebreaker over Philly, a loss still gives them the #4 seed.
5. Philadelphia, 11-4. Philly has Belfast left. With losses to both Malta and Amsterdam, and a win against London, they are locked into the #5 seed. The question for them is: Who is their first round opponent. It could be Dublin, Amsterdam, or Malta, all teams they lost to in the regular season...
6. London, 10-5. They lost to Philly and beat Belfast, so, like Philly, are locked into the #6 seed. They will likely play Malta, but could be Dublin or Amsterdam.
The final 2 playoff spots are very interesting. Belfast's game against Philly will probably determine the final playoff teams. Belfast has beaten Stockholm and lost to Devon. Stockholm has beaten Devon and lost to Belfast, and Devon has beaten Belfast and lost to Stockholm. They are tied head to head in a 3 way tie. This means it will go down to points scored for the final two spots. Belfast has 588, Devon has 535, and Stockholm has 448. With Devon playing Liverpool, it is doubtful that Stockholm will pass Devon in points scored.
So:
7. Belfast, 9-6. Unless Stockholm scores 241 more points than Belfast this week, Belfast has clinched a playoff spot. If they win, they have the 7th spot. If they lose, they'll get 7 or 8 depending on how much Devon scores against Liverpool.
8. Stockholm, 8-7. They play Berlin. They need a win and a Belfast win to make the playoffs. Since it is very unlikely Devon will lose to Liverpool, if Belfast loses, Stockholm misses the playoffs.
9. Devon, 8-7. They play Liverpool. They need a win and a loss from Belfast or Stockholm to make the playoffs. If Belfast loses, and Devon and Stockholm win, Devon can take the #7 seed if they score 54 more points this last week against Liverpool than Belfast does against Philly.
So, #5 and #6 are set. Dublin/Amsterdam will determine the top 4, if Dresden and Malta win as expected. Philly/Belfast will determine the final two playoff spots, if Stockholm and Devon win as expected.
Strap on your helmets, football fans, this last week will be pretty exciting.
