I want to earn the Cripplers way to the Pro's, not just get moved up for no reason Hopper style. As far as choking, losing to the Bombers in the conference finals is hardly a choke, they were a great team. I love the fact that you sit here and will get enjoyment out of hoping we lose, while your team struggles to make the playoffs. Why anyone would want to be on your team is beyond me, you do less with more talent than any other GM I have come across....

Firstly, I'm the owner, not a GM.
Secondly, I treat the agents/players on my team with respect, and they usually all re-sign for another season, save two or three here and there.
