Monte is a done deal. He wont say it but Lane has already told recruits and the team he is coming. Also they are going hard after Ed Orgeron as the DL coach and possible Co-DC with Monte. I am hoping they go after Kevin Steele instead but they are putting together a monster staff. Every position coach that is coming in is coming from the NFL or is a recruiting co ordinator at another major school. This will be by far the highest paid staff in the NCAA.


Should be able to pretty much recruit anyone then. That guy is one nasty defensive mind.

Kiffin is a top notch recruiter and he is going for a very balanced staff. Hes bringing in very good NFL position coaches who are some of t he best and then going after some of the best recruiters in the country. IF he gets all the ones he wants, he will have 6 coaches on staff who have been ranked on Rivals at one point as the best in the country.

He already stole the Recruiting Coordinator from South Carolina, and supposedly the WR coach and Recruiting Co Ordinator from Florida is on board as well but will not be announced until after their Bowl Game.

Fun times to be a Vol right now and I just hope he can get some of these guys in place before February gets here and is able to steal some of the big recruits out there. We already had the #1 RB in the country committed and Kiffin went and made sure hes solid and he likes Kiffin more than the old staff LOL.
