I personally miss the interviews and the Gotcha persona. It added something different to the forum.
I don't think my team is AMAZING because we beat you (Not sure anybody would) but now that we have faced the whole top of the league (Except Marleys...but they know what we are about) I think I can say that we proved that even though we are not on par with all of the teams yet we have one HELL of a team and can play with ANYBODY in this league next season!
You also have done a good job recruiting level wise...I will give you that...I will also give you that it is a rebuilding year...that has been obvious by your moves. But here is the thing to think about...you have 14 players who are making over 200K per season and of those 5 are in the 300's and one makes 400K! You only have 3 sections expanded on a very weak seated stadium. I sure as hell hope you will be able to keep paying them salaries alone not including equipment bonuses! You also have to resign most of them still so there is always the chance that you have recruit them all over again next season!
I lost 5 players last season and the only players I had to recruit were 2 safeties. I am losing a bit more this season and all I need to find is a SS...the rest are lined up!
We have lost 7 games now and are trying everything we can to not lose an 8th game and still are hoping to make it into the playoffs (Though that light is dimming fast) but are not gonna sit here and be all high and mighty and keep begging to be considered a bubble team and finding all kinds of excuses for every loss!
Also...when we beat you...you chemistry was nowhere near where it is now...so don't use the chemistry as an excuse!

We arent going to get rid of our players from a championship team, just to get higher lvl players. We are loyal to our team and we know we will get better.

1) I never claimed any of this as an excuse for losing...I look at it as an reason why we won the games we did...not why we didn't go 19-1 like last season. I stayed with my guys and brought in the quality guys I wanted on the team that would not hold us back. I stated it many times before and have been crucified for that. I believe in sticking with the guys that got you there for the long haul, not turning over the roster every season! And NO I am not saying that is what he did!
2) If you read that again you will see I actually think he did a good job recruiting! He doesn't have to recruit better per say...I can't see the whole teams build...but overpaying for people when you have virtually no stadium is ownership suicide! In our 3rd season I will be paying for COMPLETE level 32 equipment for ALL of my players! These guys will be terrorizing for years to come. i was asking it of shizzle, not stumanroo and it was only cuz i hate people coming in here saying "maybe you should recruit better." most owners are loyal to their players and have no problem taking a season to build them back up to a competitive level so stupid remarks like that just arent necessary imo
