I got that script, but it neglects some important stats like broken tackles.

Would be kinda cool to have a formulaic pro bowl. Good players on poor teams will still get recognised.
but thats kinda the problem that leagues that try to use that script face, at least defensively, it IS the bad teams players getting recognized because they're always out there. In my option, pro bowl is an out and out waste of time, the people with the best players know who they are and a well built player is already a reward in itself

Fair enough Skeets. Like you say it doesn't mean anything, it is simply something to do in the league forum during the playoff time and post season. Nothing more. I personally do not see any harm in doing it, as all we are doing is listing individuals who have performed well - regardless if they have been on the field more or not.
I have not looked at the specifics of the formulas, but I was under the impression that it counted things such as missed tackles and fumbles against the score. I am unaware of the specifics so I am only making an educated guess.
Classic cases of players on bad teams from real life making the most of their opportunities. Patrick Willis, Ernie Simms, DeMarco Ryans, Jason Taylor (last season), Derrick Burgess. These kind of guys performed well above the rest of their defence and it showed. Much like in this the bad players 'should' be off set with the missed tackles etc allowing the best to rise to the surface. These players always look better than someone of comparable ability playing on a better overall team simply because they get more chances to shine. I do not see any reason to discredit their ability simply because they had more opportunities.
I suppose do not think of it as a 'pro bowl' more a 'most valuable player' team. As the players picked via the scores would be depended on by their respective teams to produce. That way the best teams who rely on their QBs over the HBs will have some go and not others. Teams that prefer to bring pressure will have dodgy CB results but better DE results. I suppose the best way to consider the results of what this could be is the most important players team.
Obviously if the script is flawed substantially in its formulas then this all becomes a mute point.

I actually think that there's multiple versions of the script, I just noticed I have one that scores 2 pts for a pancakes but I know there's a version with a different formula.
Honestly, if you wanted to go through and look at the score for full season on each teams starters, I'll support you in compiling a list of highest script scorers. Looking at Sofia tho, i know we have a new OT with about 280 pancakes most from another league, I don't know how you can handle that unless you take the scores from the league leaders pages (i hear some of the scripts don't even do league leader scores outside of passing.)
I guess, the most accurate representation would be do the passing/receiving/defense/special teams positions from league leaders and look at hb, fb and te individual such those positions should be scoring in several areas.
