you talked about comradery...that's exactly why we are with the Mules! almost all of us were on another team/league with Chris and when those teams folded; we came together with people we knew.

More than Half of the players on Algoma are from agents I have played with on other teams before owning Algoma. Since I have purchased Algoma and got to know a few of the "New" members of the team many of them have went on to play on other teams I am on or other teams affiliated with other agents from our team. I cannot go 75% of the teams I am on and not see an Algoma member!
Get's pretty funny when someone goes on Vacation...you see the "I will be gone from..." on 3 or 4 teams forums and it is like Dejavu!

The issue here is you guys are all over the boards bragging about how good you are....just wanted to show how the Knifes were built.
And it wasn't successful recruiting....Chris brought almost all the starters (half maybe) from a succuessful Canada AAA team.

And BTW Chris...keep calling me names....really mature...I'm just discussing the avenue of your so called recruiting. I haven't thrown a single personal attack out there.
What I did bringing in players was RECRUIT, but I didn't go after players that were level 35+, I brought in players that were on par with the players that left our team.
I also brought in my own lower 'leveled' guys to fill position needs.
Maybe I should bring over my 9 starters on the Tripoli Leathernecks and my 3 starters on the African Killer Bee's. They're all 33-36 leveled all starters in AAA on teams that wen 12+ games every season. I own them all. They're all very well built.
Would that be recruiting?

I should have just waited for his contract to expire on day 5 because they didn't want him (LA Extreme) but I wanted to watch him play in preseason and they refused to release him so we traded - you know, you could have just looked at all the histories a little closer before trying so hard to claim that I have done something wrong
After he acquired this team (oops Nancy, that isn't correct)....he moved all of his players from a Canada AAA #2 team that had records of 13-6, 15-5, 19-1, 19-7 in the first 4 seasons owner went a little crazy and released/traded for cash everyone over a one-week period, signed all new players and then sold the team. The team went CPU in season 5, as to why Conn Chris didn't acquire that team....I don't know....sure seems like he should have I wasn't a GM and my players had been released and/or traded away before the team was even sold - one of my players is still with the team that he was traded to when that owner went a little off the deep end.....
lol, look if you want to blast things about me all over the forum at least try to get a grip on the facts Nancy. We/I haven't done anything improper and in fact nothing different than what you seem to have done - just better. Why are your panties all in a bunch over us?
Nancy...? Nice mature way to discuss your power trip. If you noticed above, I posted that I stood corrected on those exact same comments.

Actually, we had not been braggarts at all Nancy. You brought us out en masse with your silly whining and accusations yesterday.
5 of our starters started for that (now) Canadian AAA team which was exploded by the owner because he got into a spat with a few people on the team. It's damn-near impossible to collude with a guy that hates you. But thanks for reporting us (if you actualy did as you claim). I'll be happy to answer any questions that they have if they ever send a PM.

but once you are on the roster of a AA team, i think that the rules should be modified to prevent you from returning to A... same with AAA. You shouldn't be allowed to return to AA.
The agent must then make a decision on whether they want to move up to the next level or not
Otherwise there will be teams of rent-a-players that are on loan so that an owner can build a stadium. That seems to distort the intent of the game.....
my 2 cents
This was my point in the other thread. I agree 100 percent.
As I said I ran a Youth Baseball Organization for 3 years a few years back. Each age group had A, AA, AAA, Major level classifications. Once a kid played on a Major level team and was officially on their roster, HE could NEVER play in AA again. He could drop down to AAA and play, but the team that he dropped down to could only carry 4 players that had Major Experience.
This is USSSA rules for Select Youth Baseball.

As for me bringing in Fatty McPancake....I got him from one team...not a collection of players from a solid AAA in the same REGION as we already play in.
You know Mules aren't the smartest animals....especially rented ones.

You, for reasons I can't understand, decided to start making baseless accusations about me yesterday. Why on earth would I have any respect at all for you all? You are a whining, hypocrite that doesn't even have his facts straight. And even with all the facts straight are whining about actions that are not out of bounds. 'Nancy' is the nicest term that I can conjure.

One player or a collection from an agent, it still violates your ethical standrard that you have bashed me for and which doesn't violate any rules.

But yet you are still whining about the players Chris brought in and but it's not against any of the rules. Why don't you concentrate on your own team and do something to improve them and quit whining about Chris improving the Mules.
