No, it was a BS updated and was not needed, especially not in the middle of the season when people have boosted and can't fix with the changes.

TBH people should know by now that things that work too powerfully will get fixed/nerfed and spend/save points accordingly.

That is pretty unrealistic to "bank points"

I think the inherent problem with such a righteous stance is there is never been a clear cut “proper build.” Since day one in this game players have been going along and doing the best they can to figure things out on their own. They stumble upon something that seems to work then Bort comes in mid stride and says “Oh noz it was never meant to be that way.”

The player who has invested time and money is left holding the bag and is left with a player who is not viable any more. That is a dev mistake and not a player mistake. At the very least players should be offered a respec after any major change in game mechanics. Every other MMO has the common sense and decency to do that.

The D-line gets a snap delay now which means they are a split second slower off the line. The problem is that a slow OT can now take on a speed rusher with absolutely no problem.

I agree with a respec being made available, (within limit - maybe just the current seasons boosts), but I still stand by my comment. Many of us have been around since season 1 and we knew full well that the speed/agility DEs were unrealistic and were due to be adjusted at some point. Also agree with there never being a "proper build", the last thing I'd want is everyone with identical builds though I must say that is how DEs were going (at least on the pass-rushing side of things). The hard part is finding the balance.

Guy in my league had 31 sacks first game of the season. He got the gutted team interconference matchup. I'm still playing catchup.

And, I would have prefered a strength needed thing instead of vision. I mean come on, DEs still have 30 strength and are now going to have higher vision then they do strength.

This game is favored to be on the offensive side of the ball. That is the major problem here. I mean HB's running right over guys that are equally as good. OT that are out leveled holding D-linemen (who are better built) to pathetic stats. Come on, I have seen DT's who are built the Right way get completely shut down in games. It's quite frustrating if you ask me.

I only play games that are stacked against me. Only way it's a fair fight imo.
