I think it's a pretty fair assumption. Especially if Bort continues to promote extra teams due to gutted teams in the upper leagues. If Cambodia is still in this league next season, I'll be extremely surprised.
Cambodia's goal for this season is to move up to AAA. Anything else is just gravy.
