Nothing against Wellington but I think Sydney might take this one, but I also think if Sydney doesn't gameplan well or use basics, then they will get knocked out by Wellington, both teams are great, well run, and always a force. I think that this could be a potential seeding matchup with playoff implications. I just hope noone gets blown out, because both teams are a threat every game, GUARANTEED! -Naka
You know my philosophy though Chief.....in the regular season "we do what we do"! No special gameplans until the playoffs. It has been a good formula for us over time. Wellington is TOUGH, TOUGH, TOUGH and I hope we can make it a competitive game.
Yeah I hope its close and not one sided. I put a lot of work into this gameplan, and hopefully it doesnt blow up in my face :/

Your hard work and analysis certainly paid off today, chief. Great game, Wellington. Our rushing game never got churning, and our passing game never took to flight. You guys were just fantastic today, and you really took it to us. Definitely going to learn a lot from this one today for the future and playoffs (hopefully).

Best of luck to you guys the rest of the way!
Thanks, great game.
I am positive we will meet again in the playoffs, and hopefully it doesnt end up the other way. (which seems to be the trend)
Some of the tweaks I added did in fact fail, but I can't complain with the outcome of the game.

Not quite the outcome I was expecting out of that. It was slow to take off, but once the scoring started, it seemed to be back and forth until a Sydney turnover which seemed to open it up for Wellington.
I also want to say good game to the Falcons. I was getting worried throughout and couldn't take my eyes off of the screen. Very close game.
I knew Perth's D was very good, and we were going to need some breaks today. Didn't happen for us, but we are getting better. I think my first statement about this game in our team forum was "perth's D is a bad SOB". Pretty much held true.
