Oh well. Way it goes sometimes. GG

Yeah, looks like NBSK is right back to their old, doiminating selves. Watching that, I think they have to be favored to win it all this season. Pretty sure they already were, but puts an exclamation point on it.

That just means they'll lose in the playoffs!

GG Rhode Island. Yeah, depth is our thing, so we've always been a second half team.

Looks like we are on a roll. Leave it to Gwenn though to figure us out.

Las Vegas for Western Conference champs. Doesn't matter how well I game plan these guys, they always stomp the shit out of us.

Don't give me too much credit yet. I've only remotely done that once. It was when it counted, sure, but we've still got a long way to go before the W-L is anything remotely equal. That, and you've really changed up your gameplan since then.

Will be looking forward to our game, though right now I'm more focused on Indy.

New Brunswick is a monster team all around. For those who don't know the saga, they were the favorites in four straight BBB 15 Eastern Conference championships, and usually won by 30 or more vs.a lot of tough teams there. Each time, vs. Manhattan, New York Strikers, and then us they lost that game to stay in the BBB 15.
Last season they finally won it all, with a blowout win over a really good Salem team.

I still give a lot of credit to RI, there's no shame in losing to the Scarlet Knights - they've beat us solidly all but one time we've played them, and that one victory involved a lot of people spending multiple days watching pbps and game planning.

They very well might not lose this season.

So Gwenn, how is the team hanging together? Are you able to maintain the same level of interest and activity?

For the most part. We have a really active core, and Neon is a fantastic morale officer and court jester.
Our only really big loss was Emir - one of our big, core people since game 5 of season 2. That's a tough one to replace. Currently, we're planning on keeping things going long run - but then its probably easier with us, since we've had to compete pretty hard season in and season out to qualify, and don't blow out the competitive teams usually. Competition helps breed interest.

I know that, despite some of the annoyances and errors along the way, I enjoy it more the closer it gets to designing a real football gameplan and the like - but then I have a background in coaching and want to go back to it, so that's what really appeals anyway.

Maybe I should knock on wood, but I've been very lucky with the team I have here in Anchorage. Mostly everyone has stayed and I've only lost a random few and had to bring more of my guys in. Each year it seems my only recruiting is to replace my players. It's really made things easy for me and I've been able to focus on the AI. Which has helped, but those damn guys over Rapid City still get the best of me!!!!

That's okay I still have to try and beat Caprica and get a ligament win over DVD, but it's been fun keeping the same rivals each season. I check in on BBB 15 and I can barely recognize anyone down there anymore!

You never replied to my PM last year where I asked you if you guys boosted. I figured you didn't was fun to watch you guys in the BBB #15 last year.

I have been pretty busy this season, but I am in a coaching football class so I am learning even more about the game everyday.

We don't have as much senseless chatter on the forums (which I miss) but we seem to be more dedicated to winning.

Sorry about that. We were mostly boosted at that point and we just had a few players who hadn't checked in or boosted remaining. The eventually boosted before the final.
