Question, is American football popular over seas(not in the U S)? NFL Europe didn't do well, but I see a few non Americans in the division. Just wondering. Glad to see you aboard, American Football is the GREATEST sport in the world.

It only took off in the late 80's in Ireland with a highlights package and the NCAA Ireland Trophy. WLAF and NFL Europa help promote the game but it peaked and bombed out over time. There is a hardcore of fans that can trace the roots to either WLAF or NFL-E. Hopefully the 'live' games in the London the last 2 years are a hint of things to come. Not very popular but growing and will never gain the dizzy heights of soccer or rugby etc.
I'm from the UK - Manchester to be precise. Its fairly taking off in the UK - the support for the two London games have been excellent, and I currently play for the Manchester Titans, who have a decent squad, probably the talents of a womens flag team in America lol.
