Agility is very overrated, but it should be trained. My center has 35 agility, and my scouting report is better than nearly every other level 33 offensive linemen that has a soft cap on agility.
As far as special abilities, this is what you want it to look like
Pass: 1-1-1-2-4 Run: 0-0-0-0-0
Users waste a lot of points in special abilities, but because line general is so important, it is important to build it up to what I suggest when it is around level 24.
As far as physical attributes, I would suggest soft capping vision, stamina, and confidence.
You want to put your skill points into mostly strength and blocking.
If I were to build up my center, here would be my level 32 goal (with all equip invested in strength and blocking):
This also maximizes your training because you can then focus on speed/agility training on Intense the rest of the center's career. This maximizes the training in the long run if you do not put any more SPs into these areas and invest all of them into pass SA for line general and strength.
This is solid advice!
im slow building right now so wat should i do? i plan on capping str first then blocking but iono wat to do after that and when should i put points into sa

My main point is that the poster really doesn't know what he's talking about.
Agility is EASILY the third most important skill for a C behind STR/BLK. Sure, it's way behind STR/AGI, but it's still hugely important. I think speed is underrated as well, but that's just my $0.02 worth!
First thing I did after 3rd capping strength and block was 2nd cap vision. I wanted to go with a high vision build all along, and I'd consider 3rd capping it in the future if it shows to have a significant effect, but right now I can do speed/agility and confidence/stamina on intense, worked out pretty neatly.
