Yeah, there is no need to reshuffle the leagues. Just relegate all the CPU teams and give them new owners. If we weren't moving on up I would want to stay in this league.

You guys can both do well in the next league. If at seasons's end you want me to look at your rosters and give ya any input, let me know. We had a few guys who would have been way outgunned (let them go to capped 13 leagues). We had several guys that were really inactive and we replaced them with a few guys.

We had a tackle who started for us in EA6 and he was a backup this year and next year he is starting again.

What i am getting at, is if you upgrade a few positions where you were losing guys anyway, with good strats, you can win.

One team who moved up into AA with us from another league kept their entire roster (and they did not gameplan well) and they won 7 games.

it looks like we will be upgrading in only a few spots. still working on our AI's but i think we should be solid like you guys were.

Right now it looks as if 2 or 3 teams from alpha will move and only 2 from zeta will move up.

Now that the Hague is leaving, Kiev will step in to the roll as Zeta's daddy.

There are 3 AA, 2 AAA and 6 Pro teams being reset this season. It works from top to bottom which means that:

* Promotion/Relegation happens as normal. 3 CPU teams left in Pro.
* 3 of the 4 AAA conference runners-up with best postseason records will be promoted.

Assuming both AAA #2 Conference Runners-up win bonus promotion and 2 of the 3 relegated CPUs end up in AAA #2 there will be 2 extra spots to fill from bonus promotion and 4 CPU teams. This leaves 6 spots:

* All 4 of the AA #3 and #4 Conference Runners-up will be promoted. Two spacesto the next best playoff records between both divisions

Assuming AA #3 wins one of these there will be 3 extra spots to fill from bonus promotion and 3 CPU teams. Once again 6 spots:

* All 4 of the A #5 and #6 Conference Runners-up will be promoted. Two spaces to the next best playoff records between both divisions.

Basically this means that each Conference in A #5 & #6 will have 2 teams promoted with an evens chance of a third. If more teams go CPU by Day 41, and I suspect some will, there will be more spots. I would say that it is likely each conference will end up promoting 3 teams with a small chance for a fourth.

Yeah, I think hemprobot you are pretty close to right. 2-4 per league almost across the board is what I'm seeing in leagues.
