That is a good question about agi/vis. Because both get so few per level of natural gains, there is no correct answer from a long-term standpoint - getting to either 60 or 48 a few levels earlier will hardly gain you much, if its even worth it.
If you aren't being beat, I think vision would be most effective. Basically, Bort put out a quote saying on the o-line, you block whoever is in your "zone," if you are assigned to block on a play. But if nobody is in your zone, you use VISION to find the next person to block. Nobody in your vision? That is why pulling Gs stand there and let the HB run by, and never block.
So if you are an integral part of run blocking in the middle, I think vision would be important. If you're pass blocking mostly and simply don't want to get beat, I'd up that agility, as most DTs are, like you said, moving up to 70+ agility.
I'm slowbuilding a C right now and will have both 3:1's finished at level 16 (which I'll boost to this offseason) - getting an expansion team, and I'll have lv16 slowbuild DE, C and P, and a whole team of slowbuilds together with other top prospects, it should be a fun one. Anyway, I plan to get agi/vis both to 48 directly after I finish up with blocking here, and I think confidence is huge as well. Just think about it, you're getting slammed by huge strong guys all game, confidence seems like a big deal, especially if you're a starter and run things like linegen.
