Your "slowbuild" will finish by like level 20. Have higher goals, and have it finish around level 30, you'll be glad. You're talking about training vision+confidence "for your career" but you'll get there in a season - then train it for 9?
My advice would be spread it out. Get str to 60, blk to 68, agi to 60, vis to 48, spd to 48, and train confidene+stamina, if you want a bit longer term goal. I've got pretty long-term build plans for most positions on my slowbuild team, and you really want to do more than cap a few things and finish there.
