That's fair enough. You'll have to forgive me if I got a little fired up when there was an entire thread created to bash the tractors. I realize that you guys have played together for long time. We have great respect for that and it's part of the reason we enjoy playing in this league. You also have to understand that when we entered this tight nit group of teams, you guys wrote us off as new comers. It's hard to blame the boss for trying to ruffle feathers a bit to get recognized in a competitive league.
All that was meant by the friendlies comment was that you are just a team. A good running team but a beatable one. We definitely didn't prove that yesterday. However, i think the more you play a team the more you learn about them. The epic proportions bit was just an attention grabber. Guess it worked. So with all this crap behind us... thanks for the game. We now shift our sights to the thunder.

all the games on GLB are good games....and you can learn something from each and every one. if we were to play you guys again, im sure you would figure out something about both teams that you didnt know before.....as would i.
i agree 100% that we are beatable. as are every team in every league. however...i have confidence in my team, and when it all comes down to it, i feel like we can win every single game we play. thats not to say that we will......but recent history has shown that we are very competitive all around. we take great pride in how we run our little organization, and how we plan strategically around our strengths, and weaknesses.
i dont like the bickering that has gone on recently between our 2 teams. we huskies are a very humble group, and we take absolutely nothing for granted in this game. we know that anything can happen, and anyone can lose on any given day. i definitely NEVER wrote off the tractors. as a matter of fact, i believe i had them as a playoff team from the get-go if i remember correctly. you have absolutely exceeded my expectations.....and kudos to you for that.
my only issue thus far was the perceived lack of respect we got in a couple forum posts by your owner earlier this season. i have treated every team in this league with nothing but respect, and i expect to be treated with the same level of respect from every one else. i believe we've earned that with our hard work, and our play on the field. when we were slighted by lucastyler....styxx (my GM), and I were a little ticked off.
not really a big deal though. i understand that some people will really enjoy our 2 teams fighting, and shit talking with each other. im sure it holds a certain entertainment value. but when its all said and done, all the talking will be done on the field.
GG tractors, and good luck the rest of the season, and beyond. im sure we will meet again in the future, and i fully expect that the next time we meet....the game will be closer.

I do have to say, I like to be respectful and use kind words to other teams, but lets be honest, there is nowt wrong with a load of trash talking to each other. Life can be a bit boring if everyone is 'good game' 'good luck for the season' 'I think your team will do well' etc etc all the time. It livens places up and gives people more incentive to fight harder when there is more on the line.

i dont disagree at all. however, if someone talks trash, then they should expect it to come right back to them. thats all that happened here. things worked out in our favor, and we made sure that was known. just giving it back.
