LG is the best SA for a C in my opinion. It gives a boost to stamina and confidence to everyone on the line, when that player is playing C. Run block, Pass block, Shock Block, Pancake are important as well. Well, pancake is not important, but with 100 STR you'll be knocking everyone on there rear if you get the pancake up. I think the 1,1,1,2,4 on both trees works pretty good. That's long term speaking. Then maybe boost the run block and pass block and shock block. Honestly I would continue to build AGL/VIS and train SPD/CON for a few more lvls first though. Build whatever tree you like, because in the end you'll want something in both trees anyway.

My GM really thinks the LG is useful. I put points in SAs too early and he said no more. But then he had me boost the LG from 3 to 4 to take advantage of what I had spent. He swears it has positive effects. But you've done a almost perfect jobe building your player. So it's all arbitrary what you do from here. Everyone has opinions about SAs, but there is no way to know for sure.

Either way, regardless of usefulness, you'll get more teams with a high Line-General skill than a high pancake skill. Either way. A pancake is only situationally useful, and only really applies in the run game... meanwhile Line-General keeps your entire offensive line playing at a higher level for longer. As a whole, the Run Blocking tree is better for a Center... but Line General is easily the best SA for a center. I'm currently sitting at 6 line general, and I'm thinking about devoting all my SP into the skill until it gets to 10.

Put O-Line Gen 2 a head of pancake roughly at all times.

Also make sure you have good agi, alright speed.

I'm pretty sure that Line General helps quite a bit with pass protection. One of the teams I GM for has shut down some of the top sackers in the league with both of our tackles 5-10 levels lower.

S.a's for offensive linemen work wonders. I wouldn't avoid them till level 30, But I wouldn't go crazy with them at level 10 either.

I would at least like to have 2 in get low and 2 in foundation by level 16 or 17, then go from there.

All the General skills are fantastic and make the whole team better. Specially defense general for a linebacker making your corners better, it's nutts.

I was wondering the same thing for my G. I decided to postpone it for one more season and not do either.
