+1 Trust me, they are that good. They got their tactics ironed out mid-way through last season and luckily we caught them in mid transition and got a win before they went into serious attack mode. The Roughnecks have the depth in the secondary to keep them honest but the rest of us.....not so much right now. The road to the title will likely go through Joklahoma

edited to point out that they drummed us pretty good this year.

I meant what I said in the welcome thread. Just when you think you got it figured out someone in this league runs a brick upside your head and sends you back to the drawing board. Just be glad the Bears, Legends, and Sphere aren't here any more like they were when we got here....talk about brutal. There weren't near this many gut jobs and this league was stacked.

Umm.... wow. didn't think it'd be THAT large of a victory.

Longhorns losing by 19 and only allowing 43 doesn't look quite as horrific now.

Oh no, we still got beat down badly. I'm just a little bit less upset about it.

If we had to play them tomorrow I'd be plenty worried about whether we could hold them to 16 again.

Then again, our offense isn't suffering very many hiccups lately. . . . . well, except that a lot of the teams we play have issues with "new experimental tactics that didn't work"

Yeah, one team said that. Just like one team complained about the beat-down they received from the Thunder, and they weren't even in this conference. Try to keep one-time incidents from sounding bigger than they are.

There won't be anything experimental when we play the Roughnecks. If we lose to you, it'll be because your team was better than ours.

Actually, two teams said it One of them hasn't shown his face around here in quite some time, especially after the other team that I help GM beat his ass with my game plan to.
