I don't know how I feel about the game. We did just beat the Bulldogs, who beat the Warriors. But we also got DESTROYED by Buffalo, who lost to the Warriors.

I think we've improved a lot recently, but we'll see.

Call me paranoid, but the Sarnia Imperials might give us (Wasters) a go for our money. They have been steadily improving and showed they have some ticker against Cebu last game.

Well I picked it, although the manner in which it happened was a little surprising. Very disappointing effort from our guys.

Chengdu threw the rush out the window -- but still managed to rush 10 times for 5.5 yards.

We finally get our rush defense tuned, and Ladell Banks is no longer in the league. *sigh*

Tet Offensive is getting closer...we held an opponent to under 50 points!

Our D line is SICK for level 16's, tied for 5th in the whole league in sacks! that is the bright spot in our season so far!

I definitely think they can be run on. You just have to do it right up the middle against them.

We left so many points on the board. 3 FG's from the goal line, and a couple more long ones, one of which we missed.

Good game Ujung, you ran the ball all over us.

I really expected Chengdu to push the ball on the ground more. I had seen
some well executed runs versus top squads in early tape of you guys. Some
of your goalline AI probably could've been more boldly tuned, I agree.

One thing with pass heavy offenses is many GM's forget to set a tune for
within the OPP's 10 or 5.

Granted, I should probably be thanking you guys for overloading my defense
with passes. It will definitely help me tune for the playoffs.

Also.. Bangkok beats Medan? I need to go watch that game. Solid upset.

That Bangkok win really opened up a can of worms. Burma has an extremely
difficult second half season. It'd still take a miracle for Ujung to
sneak into 4th place though.

Cheers,
Sahoj

I actually looked at the goaline and thought we could run up the middle on you. I do probably need to go over our options on weather or not to go for it on 4rth and short and so on. Our playbook is a work in process, we have to work out the kinks. I think we did show that we can be a team to be taken serious though. I think we are a team on the rise.

Normally I'd say...

If you can't stop the run, how do you expect to compete?

Ujung's Loss to Medan: 125 Rushing Yards. 5.7 per Carry
Lead Back Averages: 6.5 per carry

Ujung's Loss to Singapore: 186 Rushing Yards. 4.4 per Carry
Lead Back Averages: 6 per carry

Ujung's Loss to Burma: 220 Rushing Yards. 5.9 per Carry
Lead Back Averages: 6.8 per carry

Perhaps I'm wrong!

I also may need to get a new Panda Warrior avatar for the team. Being
a Bears fan and all, it's perfect.

Cheers,
Sahoj

Heh. And that was with almost the entire AI and everyone's tactics including CB's focusing on the run. I'd hate to see what you would have done to us if we would have went with a balanced defense. You're running game is top-notch for sure.
