My point of view for OTs
major: blocking, agility and speed minor: speed, strength and stamina. Thank you. I'm going to assume that you meant to put Speed in just one of the categories and not both, but this is exactly what OTs should be. People need to stop being Pancake Whores and protect their damned QB.
Your T will give up shitloads of sacks if you don't get Agility up sooner. DEs go Speed->Agility->Vision->Tunnel Vision, and once they get Tunnel Vision up there, you better have 2nd capped Agility, 3rd capped blocking, and softcapped Vision.
There are more str based DEs in GLB than there are agility based DEs, it wouldn't be good to focus your LT for just one type of DE.
According to the SA, the pancake is demoralizing move that lowers the morale of a player who is on the receiving end. Its the only intimidation skill the o-line has. Of course your first priority has to be to protect the QB and open holes, but tere is nothing wrong with going after pancakes. In a real game, there is a battle between the two lines for dominance that includes all sorts of intimidation techniques. The winner of that line battle almost always wins the game.

You won't see much pancakes at all in higher level leagues, typically the only tines you get pancakes are when you outmatch your opponent badly, there are better things spent than building up something to bully the weak.

In the score,it lists 2 pancakes.Does that say that i was able to pancake a player or i got pancaked?

It means you pancaked somebody two times. Your early stats are nothing to be concerned with good or bad. Your player build is the most important thing. Most people would say you have way to many SAs too early.
I hate to tell anybody to retire a player. I think your player could be built good but he will be behind the curve early on. From now on you should pick an attribute to put all skill points into until your reach 48 which is the first softcap. I suggest Strength since pancakes seem important to you. Then concentrait on blocking.
For a LOT you need speed exspecially going up agianst the CB build DE with nothing but speed, agility, 1st step, and TV. With out speed and agility you are going to give up a ton of sacks.
