Thanks. I think every team is going to lose eventually and I think I might do some experimenting with a couple things here in the coming weeks to see if they work.

Hell of a game Js. You got the yardage and oppertunities you had to have, you just turned them into FGs. Any given day either of us could win this game, but today I got the bounces.

GG! We just turned it over way to many times. We did rack up some yards on you though and got a couple 3 and outs but it wasn't enough. Hope to see you guys in the playoffs. I can't wait to see your game against Dayton. I am going to be rooting for Dayton to win so we can still have a shot at the number one seed. I think we are an lock for the number two or three seed unless something happens.

Game of the Week:

Dayton <-FnA-> at Amsterdam Smokers
This is a great match-up between two of the best teams in the league. Amsterdam is coming off an big win against the Nighthawks and Dayton is coming off their blow out win against the Bastards. The Smokers are going to have their hands full with Dayton's powerful run game. Can they shutdown Dayton's run game? Dayton is going to have to worry about the Smokers level 32 WR who burned the Nighthawks last week. Wyrebel said last week that he could run the ball when he wanted but I don't know if he can run the ball against a stout defense. Dayton will need to keep the Smokers passing game in check if they want to win this one. If Dayton wins this game they could really shake up the standings. Two really great teams here should see a great game.

Predicted Winner: Dayton <-FNA->

Canterbury Crimson Crusaders at Athens Nighthawks
Both of these teams are coming off unfortunate losses last week. CCC dropped one to the Devils last week and the Nighthawks lost a big game against the Smokers. Athens has one of the best run games in the league and will be going up against this tough CCC defense. CCC's offense will also have their hands full of the Nighthawks dangerous front 7. This is the first match in a series of difficult games for CCC and for Athens its one of the last difficult matchups they will have. This should be an intresting game both teams are jocking for seeding right now.

Predicted Winner: Athens Nighthawks (CCC you are going to have to step it up a notch to compete with the top 3)

Arlington Avalanche at Helsinki Devils
Now it is time to see what Avalanche is all about. Avalanche hasn't played any of the top teams in the league yet so it will be intresting to see what their offense can do against a good defense. The Devils are coming off their win against CCC and they are ready to hand Avalanche their first loss and put themselves in the hunt for an home playoff spot. No one has given any respect to Avalanche this season and they are out to earn it. This will be Avalanche's first test in a series of difficult games. If the Devils can escape with a win here they will have it easy for the rest of the season and would be in contention for an home playoff game.

Predicted Winner: Helsinki Devils (Avalanche will get their first loss)

Amsterdam Red Lights at Easy Company
Amsterdam Red lights continue to be a disappointment this season. Easy Company is still hurting from all the chemistry moves they have made. Amsterdam hasn't been able to step up their game in the big games. This will be the easiest game they have until the end of the season. Easy has all of the talent to win the championship just doesn't have the chemistry.

Predicted Winner: Amsterdam Red Lights

Eintracht Frankfurt at Burnt Orange Rising
BOR has made it through their difficult games only losing four games. Frankfurt is all but an CPU team with an inactive owner and an CPU roster. Not really much else to say BOR should be battling it out for the 6-8 seed in the playoffs.

Predicted Winner: Burnt Orange Rising

Brussels Sprouts at Manchester Drunken Monkeys
Should be a great match-up between two evenly matched teams. Brussels Sprouts are in an rebuilding year and should look great next year. The Drunken Monkeys who knows what happened there. Should be a tight game as the Sprouts are looking to get their 5th win of the season and the Monkeys are looking for their 4th win of the season.

Predicted Winner: Manchester Drunken Monkeys

Bastogne Bastards at AAA Huskies
Two rebuilding teams that will be great teams in an couple of seasons. Both owners are making the best of crap situations. I look for the Bastards to win but AAA will continue that incredible streak of not being shutout.

Dallas Terror at Oslo Norsemen
Two winless teams going at here one will get their first win the other will go to 0-9. The question is who wants it more Dallas or Olso?

Predicted Winner: Oslo Norsemen (get thier first win only choose them cause they had higher level players)

Nice write up. Smokers Dayton should be great. Going to go opposite of you on that one

I have to go with the smokers in the game of the week. Dayton's strong suite is its offense while the Smokers have the strong defense. I think the D will win out.

On the flip side, I think the Smokers O will get the best of Dayton's not quite as strong D.

Other than that, its how I would have called em.

I want to see Dayton win just to shake up the standings a little. I think Dayton you guys are under estimating Dayton.
