I personally don't think this game is even going to be close, the Huskies are out there on their own this season and I think it's pretty much guaranteed promotion for them.

20-17 Tractors, was quite a game though. Definitely could have gone either way, I just hate that it feels like we're all playing for 2nd place. Oh well, anything can happen I guess.

1st place is still up for grabs. With the Huskies, you've got to be solid tackling. After giving up ~30 missed tackles at the beginning of last season against them, it's been a point of emphasis for us. We were tackling well for the most part but they broke a long one for a TD. The difference was 2 missed FGs by the Chargers, 2 long runs by the Huskies, and a fumble at the Huskies' 2 yard line by the Chargers. They're beatable but you can't make many mistakes.

BTW, GG Huskies.

GG Wiesbaden. I'm not surprised by the result, I always thought that Wiesbaden were in a class of their own in this league. Your dominant running game combined with your smothering defense is a tough combination to beat!

thanks guys. i knew it was gonna be a tough game.....and im happy its over.

really this one boiled down to a couple mistakes by you guys, and a couple lucky breaks for us. i would say that were on a pretty level playing field overall.

good game, and good luck the rest of the way.

Like I said a long time ago. Wiesbaden is where it's at. League of their own.

i actually think that this game disproved that theory. 16-0 certainly isnt a blowout, and without a couple bad breaks for the chargers.....this one goes down to the wire. i have a feeling if we played 10 times, we would split the games, or maybe 6-4 one way or the other.........imho

it's just something about those good teams. No matter how close the score...they pull it out. Kind of like Doomsday Sin. You can give them your best shot, but somehow....they'll find a way to win. I just get that same vibe from you guys. The offense may not shine, but the defense will cause a fumble on a punt return and give you a short field. Or a LB will intercept a pass to the HB in the flats for a pick six. There's always something.

Nevermind the score...you don't have to blow everyone to be "that" team. I just have a feeling that you all are like the 49ers of the 80s. You can bank on the W when it counts the most.

Thank you for the complement, but if that's the case then what does that make you guys? Considering you carry the only win against us this season. It was preseason but still a win.

We are far from that brother. Although we have been here since the leagues inception and have always been a top team here.

That's about as far as I've considered that victory. Isn't in-game energy turned off for scrimmages? I take things like that into consideration. Also, except for GMs and owners, the majority of the players will have the same personal settings as the last meaningful game. It's hard to wear down a team that doesn't have any energy depletion. Which is where you guys excel. Us...in the early years, we were behind everyone by 3 levels. I'd like to think that it was a combination of very good builds, excellent game planning, and some of our former opponents just not knowing how to work their team. For example, people using goalline defense against 5 wide. ha. This year, I think it's longevity. We have stuck together while other teams have had to find replacements and stuff.

Agreed We have yet to really need to make a lot of changes in the offseason. This year we just strengthened the team with a couple of upgrades.

You guys are top notch though and we look forward to the possibility of finally getting to play you guys in a game that matters. Although I wouldnt count out the Jokers or 101st at this point.
