Thats what I mean... some teams have "fire saled" their teams to get money and then plan to regroup the following season. All of a sudden if that team got dropped to a capped league they wouldn't be able to regroup... it could possibly stop those practices beyond early developing teams.

That would be great and hilarious as it would ruin many people's plans to win actually win becuase they cant where they are at now.
