Thats the way i voted too. We got a good group of teams that are pretty equal,i would think that Bort could relegate/promote/realign among the Africa teams to balance things out.

Add the Revenge to that group. I kinda like this little nook...

At the very least we can all stick together using D3's forum. We should all be happy having D3 in our league which will in the long run keep this good league together and if everyone does get split for whatever reason we will all be able to keep in contact and at the very minimum schedule scrimmages together. Here's to hoping that the top teams in this league can stay together or at least have the chance at meeting up eventually.

I think the fix is to have any team sold (and not bought by a GM) be CPU run, all players can sign to a new team like if they were on a D-league team, and at the end of the season the team no longer exists at all. Then bort can create new teams at the bottom of the leagues (if the bottom isn't a new league then maybe the team gets x amount more cash to start their new team/ build some of the stadium than someone in a completely new league and we have increased promotion of lower league teams.

If it is kept the same, I feel sorry for the teams moving up to AA#3

i want to stay together.. so if the swingers get sen off somewhere my players would be interested in staying around if possible.

Wheres the option to just move up the champions and the 2nd place team if the top league has a gutjob.

Like if AAA has a team gutted, move 2nd place AA up. 2nd team gutted, then move up 3rd place team from AA. Pretty much gutjob=drop down a league and replace with a playoff team from next league down.

If ya really wanted to get it down right you would trickle down a gutted team to the bottom league and just move up a playoff team from each league the gutjob passed through. From Pro down to Pee Wee league, 1 additional team moves up a league.

honestly, i have never like the different regions of the world regarding the whole system. instead, i would have liked for them to have it like the NCAA does it...lots of conferences with teams fighting to win their conference championship (pretty much equal to our league championship) and then the Champion and Runner-Up teams go on to "Bowl Games" against the other conferences. if he could figure out an algorithm for strength of schedules and all of that, a formula could be made to pair the teams up...although a total "GLB Champion" would certainly be hard to setup and it would be met with lots of anger and "why not my team" like the current BCS system.

also, you could have 2 or 3 tiers...with conferences inside each one and they do their own championships and bowl within each DIVISION. So, you'd have:

DIVISION 1
12 conferences, 20 teams in each

DIVISION 2
12 conferences, 20 teams in each

DIVISION 3
12 conferences, 20 teams in each

or some kind of deviation of that. with the way it is now, one team in the Pro level could get better each year and win league title after title, but never progress anywhere higher...until their players begin to retire and suck.

I think the region idea was more for team names and what not, but some players take it too far and make too big of a deal about it...
