First win of the season for the Crusaders, with Inverness up next we will probably have to wait a few days for our next one.

Agreed.
Going into the 4th quarter the score was 5-3, then we exploded for 21 points only to give up two defensive TDs in two plays at the end to draw the score close. 11 turnovers combined is ridiculous and the 1st play of the game proved to be an omen.. You intercept us run it back deep and then fumble it back to us. Craziness. Yeah and you missed that early 30 yard FG and your all-pro punter pooched a 30 yarder when you were punting from within your 10 yard line (we fumbled the return to make up for it, haha).
The win was great, but I'd trade it for last season's playoff game if I could. You guys put up a record 38 points against us.

I wonder if turnovers were tweaked (turned up). 11 turnovers in the Bonn-Manchester game this week, 9 last week in the Inverness-Italian game. Anybody else notice an uptick in turnovers, or are these games just statistical anomalies?

I would spend some SPs on the "Punctuation" skill.

And good game to our Scots brethren. We take home the Great Highland Bagpipe this season, but if both of us are around next season, it's anyone's bagpipe.
Quick game recap:
Last season's Western Europe A#1 champions' 22 game win streak broke against a solid Highlander defensive line. Inverness held the Black Knights to 87.5 total net yards for the game, including allowing 0 yards on the ground. Admittedly, the official numbers account for three negative "rushes" by Edinburgh QB Kirt Manwaring - meaning three sacks for negative 13.5 yards.
Despite the offensive struggles, a solid showing by Edinburgh's defense, bending but not breaking, forcing 5 Inverness punts (to Edinburgh's 8) and giving up only 20 points despite being out-leveled at most positions. Though the Black Knights lost the game, I think they established that their win against Douai was not a fluke and they'll be competitive in AA right away.

Our game was litered in red also. We played like shit today. Playing such a good game against the Rally and then like this against a team that gave up over 110 points in game 1 (I know it was against Bonn). If we play like this against our next opponent (Manchester), we will be giving up a hundo. Back to Work.....and by the way, NO OFFENSE to any of the players from Endzone Gorillas (your D is just out leveled by such a wide margin).

I've noticed a significant increase. Our QB threw more INTs today than we did most of last season. Not to mention our D forced more fumbles in the last 2 games than we have in a long time.

There's your problem. You have a 43 year old former MLB catcher playing Quarterback, lol. I think he's in the wrong sport. He should at least be a WR to take advantage of his catching skills.

Birmingham vs Stockholm saw 2 Ints ran back for TD's. One for 101 yards. It also saw a kickoff return for a TD. Definitely Bort nerfed the turnovers as there are a ton of them.

Good game Dallas. Landstuhl is going to be going under new ownership for the fourth time in about three seasons. Fourth time's the charm! Jamal James for Pro Bowl! 16 tackles through two, 2 PD, and averaging 85.5 plays a game! Not to mention very sexy.
Though there was a player on our team who netted 168 plays. Was on Offense, Defense, and Special Teams. What an ironman!

Yep rough one. Just hang in here - there will be enough owners who start 0-3/0-4 who will hit the fire sales up soon enough.

Our defens is not the only problem. We do not have decent backups, also.
Anyway, we are up to compete with 4 or 5 teams in this league at best, the rest of the league will kick our ass around big time

Yeah, we've already thrown half as many picks in two games as we did in all of season 4. Granted, it's against much stiffer competition, but still...
