The +2 diving catch has potential...

As for the jumping upgrade I don't see why you wouldn't just buy a normal set of equipment.

I think there should be one more spot on the player to equip the Advanced equipment, just don't know if it's up to the level of replacing what my guys already have

it isnt up to the level yet, as you gain tokens you will be able to use it and gain something. this is the beauty, choices.

The new training system is really lame and unnecessary. Discuss.

You are wrong, it is incredibly good. Rebuttal?

I think its just worthless fluff that does nothing to improve the game, it just changes it. Rebuttal's rebuttal?

Not worthless fluff. Player only type agents need a deeper game. this is a step in the right direction. This does improve the game. It allows for a greater depth to building/shaping your player. this moves away from cookie cutter builds. More choices equals improvement IMO.

I agree that player only types need more to do and I think the idea of this is decent. Once again though the execution of it all is horrible. I really don't see how this gives players any more customization then the old equipment. This new system actually gives less IMO since its based on luck.

Not really based on luck, but rather based on greed/ sound decision making.
If you roll a nice set of EQ, but you have heard of someone else getting a better one, you have to choose whether to take the nice set or roll again and risk only having worse equipment avail. and if you get the short draw you can always keep your regular EQ equiped.

It is based of luck. You could roll once and get a rare item and I could roll 50 times and never get that same item. That's luck...

because they are combined as one set. later you can upgrade the jumping and still have the +2 added on. that is awesome!

but you can still keep your regular stuff until you get the good stuff. +5 to an attribute is nothing to sneeze at.

you can wear your regular gear. buy a piece of superior gear and hold it unused until you can afford to upgrade it. a +5 jumping +3 diving catch pair of gloves beats a +4 catch pair of gloves any day. now I dont know that the upgrades will work that way exactly but I cant see the items that take a whole season to buy/upgrade not being better than a plain white shirt +4 str.

and my level 11 HB already found a +2% to break tackle pair of gloves. if that upgrades to +10% for example that would stack well with his already high str making him even more of a beast than he already is.

It takes a whole season to upgrade the ADV equip + 1.

In 1 season you can also get +4 Sp's training intense.

For high level players, intense is the only way to go.

Thank you!
I was too lazy to actually do the math, but something about the logistics of the new equipment just didn't make sense. It seemed rather pointless for any higher level players...

Well I think if you have a higher level player shopping they would be offered a higher % item. Yeh it wouldn't upgrade on it's own though.

Anyone see one with a + to SAs?

I think it was a total waste of time when they had so many other things needing attention. Why not use that time to fix bugs and add the bloody fame stuff.
