Aside from some great recruits, however few there have been, they're an upgrade to the players we had. And what's great is we start the season by playing all of the hardest teams first.

I never said you wouldn't be a playoff contender, I was just taking a VERY quick look based on starters levels. Your tactics are very possibly good enough to kick the shit out of the Vikings. I just was taking a snapshot at the starters. No biggie Guess I wasn't clear enough on that.

When you list 8 teams in the upper tier then one would guess that those are the 8 teams you expect to make the playoffs

Nope, just talent wise, I saw a separation after those 8 teams. That's all.
