I think the best thing that happened for your team was when jdog was banned.

We have had are best recruiting class yet, I think. Not because they are high levels but because they all seem to be quality agents.

Yeah they always are. The people that are asses and will say anything not carrying if they lie and what not are the best recruiters. I experienced it with a player last season.

Of course it's just like a recruiter in the military. They are the best liars in the world I swear.

Well, this might be the best recruiting class we've had.[once the guys log in and accept the offers]. Brought in a lot of depth and a few starters as well. We like to promote within and we've only brought in 1 player that wasn't an agent on the team last season..and he's a friend of one of our guys. I feel we're ready to contend and take that next step that's been evading us for the last 2 seasons.

Nicely done Nasty...I just wish the season would start already! And Pike, go away!

Jdiggity Dawg DID fuck teh Ai up himself, but every time he made an alteration that completely screwed the team's offense - which he was the Coach of and in charge of - it was per my request. First, it was running a nonstop pass-palooza with a TE focued pass play that I wanted to have in the red zone. Unfortunately, he forgot to put it for the red zone, and as it was at the very top of the list, got picked for everything until we were in the 4th quarter in which normal 4th quarter stuff got called.

Next, was the FB run nonstop all game long, until we were down by a million and the pass-to-catch-up got called instead in the 4th quarter once again. Again, this was my request to get the FB more carries, so we were intending to get short yardage and goal line FB runs a lot more. It was, again, at the very top of the list and was called nonstop all game long.

Sure, he fucked em up the way he set it up, but if I hadn't wanted such and such to happen and be implanted into his playbook, it never woulda happened that way. Those were two games completely fucked and no hope to win at all. Two games we possibly COULD have won, and gotten into the playoffs from - just one of those two woulda done it. So, basically...he screwed it up but they were all my ideas - if I had just left well enough alone, it woulda been fine.

BY no means is this an excuse for him not setting it up the right way, which he should have done, but it's just an explanation of exactly what happened the two main times.

Sorry buddy, but calling people the n word goes beyond putting on a show, and goes beyond the game. The guy was a straight-up douchebag.

Man recruiting is a slow process this time around. Pre-season is starting and there's still holes to fill. We'll see what happens now that the new season is gearing up. People will be more pressed to get themselves on a team. At least that's my hope.

I by no way condone the actions he's alleged to have done - I can't personally get an answer from two Admins that are teh same about why Jdog was banned...different stories from each I've talked to (three total) and one actually told me it was a temporary suspension. haha...anyway, I don't condone racism, I'm fully against that type of closed-mindedness...the statement wasn't made about that though, it was that my team was better off without him...as a TEAM, we were better WITH him, and what he did to recruit and keep talent.
